30-Day Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") applies to the product purchased from [Company Name] ("Seller") by the original purchaser ("Customer"). The Warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Coverage:

• Duration: This Warranty is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Scope: The Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Normal use is defined as using the product according to the instructions provided.

• Remedy: If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Seller will repair or replace the product at its discretion. Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

Exclusions:

• Damages: This Warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

• External Causes: The Warranty does not cover damage caused by external causes such as natural disasters, fire, water, lightning, or similar events.

Claim Procedure:

• To make a claim under this Warranty, Customer must contact Seller's customer service department within the Warranty Period.

• Customer must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a detailed description of the defect.

• Seller may require the return of the defective product to determine the validity of the claim.

Limitations:

• Extent: Repair or replacement of the product, as provided under this Warranty, is Customer's exclusive remedy.

• Consequential Damages: Seller shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product.

Legal Rights: This Warranty gives Customer specific legal rights, and Customer may also have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Disclaimer: Except as expressly set forth in this Warranty, Seller makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Modification of Terms: Seller reserves the right to modify the terms of this Warranty at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version on Seller's website or other official channels.
